SCVMM 2012 R2 and moving machines to an SMB3 share fails
I’m doing some work with my home cluster at the moment, and moving machines back onto it after I rebuilt it to use SMB3 only. When I attempt to move the VMs using SCVMM 2012 R2, I get the message “The specified path is not a valid folder path…” This only happens if I check the option to “Make this VM Highly Available”. Why do my Fujitsu Servers fans speed up every night at 11pm?
Amongst my varied collection of gear in my home lab environment, I’ve got a couple of Fujitsu RX200 S8 servers that are running as part of my W2012 R2 Cluster.
