Whilst I’ve tried to make a lot of the information and knowledge that I have freely available elsewhere in this site, you may want to check out a number of the other ways that I can help you get the answers you need.

Books – these are books I’ve written focusing on the Microsoft SMB server products and associated third party products such as Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security when used in conjunction with the Microsoft SMB servers.

Training – I’m planning a number of different training sessions right now and will deliver them either in person of via live meetings over the Internet. You can be assured that I’ll always aim to cover the relevant information in as clear and concise manner as possible.

Consulting – I don’t offer consulting to end users as such, but do provide a service for vendors who are keen to understand the SMB IT Professional at a deeper level.
