With years of experience looking after SMB customers and working in the community, I’ve got a pretty good understanding of it from both a clients’ perspective and from an IT Resellers perspective. I’ve done work with Vodafone, Microsoft, Trend Micro and HP to help them better understand their target markets. I’m keen to work with vendors that are eager to engage with the SMB space.
I do have a few basic rules though with this level of consulting.

2. You must have a real commitment to work WITH the SMB IT Resellers as a community.
3. I must believe in your products and your team 100%,
4. Whilst my services are for hire, my opinion can never be bought.
